I enjoy creating fellowship to transformations and meaningfulness through co-creation. I use the powerful methods and newest research from the narrative mindset linked to my own practical experiences. People I work with describes me as a practician with a solid theoretical background.  

I have a Masters in Science and Narrative Business Therapist. 

I have been working as an engineer for 17 years, 10 of them as business unit director. I have been running several turn arounds and change management projects.
